F. Richard Street, III, 74, formerly of Pelzer, passed away Tuesday, November 22, 2022.

Born in Greenwood, he was a son of the late Frank Richard Street, Jr. and Frances Anderson Monroe Street. Richard was a Clemson University alumnus and worked as controls engineer for Amoco Performance Products and later Jacobs engineering and an independent consultant. He was married to Cheryl Manning Street for 47 years.

Surviving are his daughter and son-in-law, Emily and Parker Fosberry; a sister, Jo Beth Stennett (Frank); a brother, James A. Street (Doris); and nieces and nephews, Nancy Miller, Debbie Hertel, Jay Street and Thad Street; and a special great-nephew, Matthew Street.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, December 7, 2022, at Harley Funeral Home Chapel.

The family will receive friends before the service at the funeral home from 12-1 p.m.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to a charity of ones choice, Greenwood Museum, 106 Main Street North, Greenwood, SC 29646 ( www.greenwoodmuseum.org ) or to the SC Arms Collectors Association, PO Box 98, Neeses, SC 29107.
