Richele Skelton Pigg, 36, of Winter Ridge Court, wife of Matthew C. Pigg, died Tuesday, July 19, 2016 at her home.

Born in Greenwood, she was a daughter of Richard and Laura Keller Skelton. Richele was a 1997 graduate of Emerald High School where she was a former cheerleader. She received her Bachelor's degree at Lander University and attended North Side Baptist Church. Richele was an avid sports fan and loved her Georgia Bulldogs. She loved all animals especially her rescue dog, Molly.

Surviving are her husband of the home; her parents of Greenwood; two sisters, Shelby Skelton Brown and Crystal Skelton Davis; two nephews, Connor Brown and Grant Brown; and a niece, Carlie Gibert, all of Greenwood.

Services will be held at 4 pm on Saturday at Harley Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. Connor Brown and Rev. Jeff Lethco officiating. A private family burial will be held.

Pallbearers will be Chuck Pigg, Michael Pigg, Rodney Keller, Curt Brown, Donnie Stewart, Jack Reid, Alan Counts, Jr. and Johnny Coates.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 3 to 4pm.
