Robert Henry Hilley, 63, of Ware Shoals, passed away Thursday, March 6, 2025, at his home.

Born in Greenwood, he was a son of the late Rudolph and Frances Rogers Hilley. He was a retired superintendent with Trustmark Construction. Robert loved to spend his free time in nature, whether he was out hunting, fishing, or racing on a dirt track and was an avid Georgia Bulldog fan.

Surviving are his sons, Richard Hilley, Travis Hilley and Brandon Hilley; sister, Vivian Tench; brothers, Curtis Hilley (Glenda) and Ernie Sumner (Janice); two granddaughters, Ariel and Haley Hilley; nephew, Matthew Hilley; and nieces, Shelly McBride and Heather Rich.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Beverly Worthington.

The family will hold a memorial service at 2 pm on Tuesday at Ware Shoals United Methodist Church.

The family will receive friends following the service.
