Rocky E. Miller, 54, of 8 Blake Road, husband of Cathy Cannon Miller, died Wednesday, May 30, 2012 at Self Regional Medical Center. Born in Charleston, he was a son of Thomas L. Miller and the late Thelma Juanita Murrell Miller. Rocky retired from Star Fort Golf Course and was a member of Rocky Creek Baptist Church. Surviving in addition to his wife of the home and his father of Edgefield; are four dogs and two cats, who were like his children; two sisters, Carolyn Rhinehart of Pelion and Patricia Boatwright of Johnston; a brother, Chucky Miller of West Columbia; and several nieces and nephews who loved Uncle Rocky very much. He was preceded in death by a sister, Jean Gallagher. The family is at the home.
