Roland W. Barlow, 82, of 115 Shannon Street, husband of Barbara Robare Barlow, died Saturday, March 30, 2013 at Hospice House. Born in St. Albans, VT, he was a son of the late Woodworth and Doris Sweeney Barlow. He was a US Navy veteran of World War II, retired as a retail manager from Sky City and worked for more than 20 years with Security Forces. He was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. Surviving is his wife of the home; a daughter, Cathy Lovejoy and her husband, Jim, of Soddy-Daisy, TN; a son, Craig Barlow and his wife, Jeanette, and three grandchildren, Michael Raffael, Megan Barlow and Amanda Barlow, all of Winchester, VA.
