Ronald Lewis Tack, Sr., 82, of Greenwood, husband of Frances Salego Tack, died Tuesday, June 5, 2018 at his home.

Born in Butler, PA, he was the son of the late George and Alberta Forrest Tack. Ronald was a U.S. Marine veteran having served during the Korean War and was a member of the American Legion Post 20. He retired from P. P. G. Industries and attended Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church.

He was preceded in death by a son, Ronald Lewis Tack, Jr; two brothers; and a sister.

Surviving in addition to his wife of the home are his children, Debra (Adam) Sobczak, of Greenwood, Sherri Tack of IN, Sandy (Mark) Pederson of Greenwood and Robert (Carol) Tack of GA; a sister, Karen (Richard) Cavanaugh of Conway; seven grandchildren; and eleven great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday at Harley Funeral Home Chapel with Father Timothy Tebalt officiating.

The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home.
