Roosevelt �Jug� Hall, 76, of 101 Lowell Street, husband of Carol Chambers Hall died Saturday, November 07, 2009 at his home. Born in Lexington County, he was a son of the late Swinton and Neeler Heyward Hall. Mr. Hall retired from Greenwood Mills-Ninety Six Plant and worked for Greenwood Recycle Center. He was of the Baptist faith. Surviving in addition to his wife of the home are a son, Danny Hall and wife, Joy, of Ninety Six; two daughters, Nancy Stamper of Greenwood and Sherry Broome and husband, Carl, of Saluda; two sisters, Hazel Aull of Lexington and Mary Powell of Greenwood; two brothers, S. J. Hall of Greenwood and Melvin Hall of Aiken; two grandsons, Justin Parker of Hodges and Taylor Hall of Ninety Six; three great grandsons, Dylan Parker, Cody Parker and Hunter Parker; and a special niece Brenda Avery. Pallbearers will be Travis Dudley, James Shepard, Scott Calhoun, Ray Knight, Tolbert McCarty and Taylor Hall. Honorary escort will be Mike Weeks, Wayne Walker, Dr. Lena Vician, Dr. John Konsek, Dr. Cara Friet, HospiceCare of the Piedmont workers and the men of Greenwood County Recycle Division.
