Obituary

Rosia Nell Miller Bryant, 77, of 404 West Church Street, Saluda, widow of George A. Bryant, died Friday, December 30, 2016 at the Saluda Nursing Center.

Born in Monroe, GA, she was one of twenty-one children born to the late James Olin and Edna Pauline Mooney Miller. Rosie was a seamstress all her life, retiring from her last place of employment at Oxford Industries. She was also a member of Durst Avenue Church of God.

Leaving behind are two daughters, Mickey Smith Jolly (Curtis) of Blythwood and Paula Smith Matthews of Indiana, along with six sisters, Janette Masters, Dorothy Robison, Carolyn Langley, Peggy Rivers, Lavern Wood, and Judy Marsh.

Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 3, 2017 at Providence Pentecostal Holiness Church with the Rev. Ben Edwards officiating. All Providence Church Members are welcome to celebrate her life. The family requests that any of her prior church friends from Durst Avenue Church of God, are welcome to attend also.

Following the service all guests and family are invited to move to the fellowship hall to visit and eat.
