Ruben Lee Taylor Lindley, 61, of 617 McKenzie Road, Ninety Six, husband of Melanie Dawn Manson Lindley, went to his Heavenly home Saturday, October 30, 2021 at Hospice and Palliative Care of the Piedmont.
Born in Greenwood, he was a son of the late Edgar Clarence Lindley and Margaret Ellen Taylor Lindley. He enjoyed fishing, gardening, cooking, music, and being a member of the Marble Club. Ruben loved spending time around the round table with his family and friends. He loved his wife and family dearly.
Surviving in addition to his wife, Melanie are his stepchildren, Tyler Calliham and Kasey Corbin (Aaron); sisters, Peggy Hancock (Mark) and Marie Studley (Tim); brothers, Lonnie William Flowe and James Richard Lindley (Diane); step grandchildren, Eli Corbin, Solomon Corbin, Malachi Corbin; and nieces and nephews, Paul Lindley, Dennis Lindley, Seth Studley, Micah Studley, Sam Studley, Brantley Laughin, Jackson Lindley, and Crystal Smith.
He was preceded in death by a niece, Tammy Crawford.
Services will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday at the Harley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Delores Rapp officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Memorial Gardens.

Pallbearers will be Pete Rowland, Steven Tomkiel, Richard Santana, Gary Skidmore, Scotty Skidmore, Skip Haney, and Robbie Attaway.
The family will receive friends from 1:30- 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home.
