Ruby Ogle Andrews, 93, of Greenwood, widow of Geter P. Andrews, Jr., passed away Tuesday, April 16, 2024, at Emerald Gardens.

Born in Madison County, NC, she was a daughter of the late Thomas "Tom" and Bessie Chandler Ogle. Ruby worked with Park Davis and was a homemaker where she stayed home to take care of her daughter, Susan. She loved gathering with her family and friends, cooking for them and enjoyed listening to music. She was a loving lady with a giving heart and family was everything to her.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Susan Andrews.

Surviving are her children, Linda Jones (Mac) and Kenneth Andrews (Peggy); sister, Jo Stratton; grandchildren, Melissa Chrisley, Stephanie Frick (Andy), Michael Melton (Susan) and Derrick Jones (Brandi); eleven great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.

Services will be held at 2pm on Friday, April 19, 2024, at Harley Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. J. Mac Jones and Rev. Rick Hendricks officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Memorial Gardens.
Pallbearers will be grandsons and great grandsons.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home before the service from 1-2pm.

Family members are at their respective homes.
