Ruby Lowe Godfrey, 86, widow of Floyd Godfrey, died Monday, July 2, 2018 at NHC of Clinton.

Born in Woodruff, she was a daughter of the late J. P. and Alta Bowling Lowe. She was retired from Geo. W. Park Seed Co. and was a member of Hodges Church of God.

Surviving are two daughters, Barbara Cox (Marvin) of Greenwood and Carolyn Howard (Gary) of Jacksonville, FL; a son, Billy Joe Godfrey; sister, Martha Tribble of Greenville; brother, Cecil Lowe (Shirley) of Greenwood; seven grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Walnut Grove Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Earl Quick officiating.

The family members are at their respective homes and will receive friends at the cemetery immediately following the service.
