Rubynell Ouzts, 80, of 301 Olander Road, Troy, widower of Allen Johnson Ouzts, died Monday, June 17, 2013 at Self Regional Medical Center. Born in Greenwood, she was a daughter of the late Frank and Tency Radford. She was retired from Greenwood Mills, Mathews Plant. Rubynell was a member of Mt. Carmel United Methodist Church. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, arts and crafts, painting, and spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Helen Briggs and Inez Coker. Surviving are her children, Jerome and his wife Patsy Ouzts, Peggy and her husband Doug Abney, Denton and his wife Nancy Ouzts, all of Ninety Six; seven grandchildren, Suzanne Johnson of Greenwood, Jennifer Yackle of Greenwood, Angela Ouzts of Waterloo, John Horton, Kayleigh Ouzts, Jamie Ouzts, Jason Abney, and Eric Abney, all of Ninety Six; and seven great grandchildren. Honorary escort will be Eric Abney, Jason Abney, John Horton, Jamie Ouzts, Mark Bratcher and Denton Ouzts. The family is at the home of her daughter, Peggy Abney, 424 Sandridge Church Road.
