Samuel L. Miller, 74, husband of Barbara Jama Miller, died Friday, August 16, 2019 at Hospice House, Greenwood.

Born in Cleveland, OH, he was a son of the late Burel and Pauline Ziska Miller. Sam was a graduate of Ohio State University, where he received his Business degree and was a member of First Presbyterian Church.

Surviving are his wife, Barbara; two children, Meredith Maurer of Twinsburg, OH and Robert Miller (Anna Rhett) of Roswell, GA; grandchildren, Sam Maurer, Abbey Maurer, Ben Maurer, Leyton Miller and Logan Miller; and a cousin, Dennis Geduldig (Linda).

A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 am on August 31, 2019 by the #18 green at the flagpole at the Grand Harbor Clubhouse with the Rev. Kyle Hite officiating. A reception will immediately follow in the clubhouse.

In lieu of flowers, it is requested that memorials be made to Hospice & Palliative Care of the Piedmont, 408 W. Alexander Avenue, Greenwood, SC 29646.
