Obituary
Sandi Duncan Powell, 69, of 201 Evergreen Drive, wife of J. Herbert Powell, died Tuesday, June 21, 2016 at her home.
Raised in Loudon County, TN, she was a daughter of the late Benjamin Edward and Lida Pauline Dixon Bandy. Sandi was a cosmetologist and barber and worked on the licensing board of the State of Tennessee. She was of the Baptist faith.
Surviving is her husband of the home; her daughter and son-in-law, Tracy and Jason Stever of Katy, TX; her son and daughter-in-law, Marty and Deanna Duncan of Hilton Head Island, SC; and grandchildren, T. J. and Addison of Katy, TX and Julia and Jackson of Hilton Head Island.
It is requested that flowers be omitted and memorials made to Hospice Care of South Carolina, 326 Montague Avenue, Greenwood, SC 29649.
