Obituary
Born in Richmond, VA, he was a son of Lonzo Tullis and the late Lillie Agrue Tullis. Scotty worked construction and attended Westside Baptist Church.
Surviving are his father and stepmother, Lonzo and Teresa Tullis of Abbeville; a son, Justin Rozier; and a brother Jerry Tullis (Linda) both of Greenwood.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, David and Bobby Rozier and a sister, Lee Ann Tullis.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Melrose Cemetery, Abbeville, with Rev. Randy Ouzts officiating.
Family members are at their respective homes.
