Sterling Ralph Quick, 77, of 217 Utopia Acres Road, widower of LouNeta Dailey Quick, died Sunday, March 30, 2014 at his home. Born in Waynesboro, GA, he was a son of the late Ralph Julian and Pearl Katherine Foster Quick. He was a veteran of the Army National Guard and retired from the City of Greenwood. He was a member of South Greenwood Pentecostal Holiness Church. Surviving are four daughters, Donna Scott (Michael) of Greenwood, Gwyniece Hutchins (Van), Pam Williams (Chris) and Jennifer Russian (Robert), all of Ninety Six; three sisters, Joyce Braswell (Bobby) of Waynesboro, GA, Rachel Ross (Bud) of Hephzibah, GA and Angie Doyle (Elmond) of Sylvania, GA; a brother, Wallace Quick (Joyce) of Waynesboro, GA; grandchildren, Lauren Hutchins, Chan Russian, Olivia Russian, Storm Williams and Mickey Scott (Chrystal), all of Ninety Six, Melanie Slate (Mike) and Brandon Wood (Shanna), both of Greenwood, Gregory Hutchins of Isle of Palms, Traci Larkins (Lark) of Simpsonville and Amber Boyd (Kenneth) of Waterloo and great grandchildren, Kaylee and Ella Grace, both of Greenwood. He was preceded in death by a brother, Ray Quick. The family is at the home of Gwyniece and Van Hutchins, 3209 Ninety Six Highway, Ninety Six.
