Tommie Lee Leopard, Sr., 69, of 3804 Rockhouse Road, Bradley, husband of Juanita Leopard, died Wednesday, June 18, 2014 at Self Regional Medical Center. Born in Greenwood, he was a son of the late Thomas Pitts and Ruby Yeargin Leopard. Tommie earned his Associates Degree in Industrial Electronics, he retired from Warner-Lambert/Capsugel, and he was a U.S. Navy Veteran of the Vietnam War. He was a member of the Matthews Lodge #358 A.F.M., Past Master at Coronaca, a member of First Mount Moriah Baptist Church, and a member of Joy Sunday School Class. Surviving in addition to his wife, of the home; three sons, Tommy Leopard, Jr. (Susan) of Bradley, Timothy Leopard (Stacey) of Bradley, and Benny Leopard (Sheila) of Greenwood; two sisters, Darlene Roberts (Frank) of Ware Shoals and Laverne Gable (Rudy) of Lexington; nine grandchildren, Tanner Leopard, Kayla Leopard, Alexandra Williams, Andrew Moseley, Dalton Moseley, Dakota Leopard, Taylor Moseley, McKenzie Leopard, Karlie Leopard; and two great grandchildren, Avis Leopard and Zachary Doolittle. He was preceded in death by two sisters, Rosa Stargel and Martha Joseph; and two brothers, John Leopard and Jackie Leopard. Pallbearers will be Tanner Leopard, Dakota Leopard, Andrew Moseley, Dalton Moseley, Andy Tucker and Troy Calliham. Honorary escort will be the Joy Sunday School Class.
