The following obituary is shared as a courtesy to the local family and friends of Ms. Tonia Kay Brown. On behalf of the Harley Funeral Home Family, we extend our heartfelt sympathy.


Tonia Kay Brown, 54, of Orange Park, Florida, passed away Thursday, December 11, 2025.

Born on July 23, 1971, she was the daughter of Adrain Brown and the late Judy Kay Floyd Hough. Tonia will be remembered for her sweet spirit, quick wit, and generous heart. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, sharing joyful moments through her favorite activities, such as drawing and playing card games. Tonia loved recalling her childhood memories at her grandma Brown's house in McCormick, where she spent cherished time with her cousins—moments she held close and treasured throughout her life. Her beautiful smile touched the lives of many and will remain a treasured memory for those who knew her.

Surviving in addition to her father are her siblings, Nicky Brown, Kevin Brown, Whitney Brown Shaffer (Joey) and Cary Brown; nieces and nephews, Olivia, Joseph, Rhett, Shawn and Ryan; special friend, Becky McFarland; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins who loved her dearly.

Private family services will be held at a later date.
