Anthony "Tony " Ray Brewer, 44, of 605 Foundry Road, husband of Deana Hewett Brewer, died on Thursday, May 21, 2015 at Hospice House. Born in Greenwood, he was a son of Elaine Smith Allison and the late Fred "Bud " Allison. Tony worked for Allison Transmission and was a member of Emerald Baptist Church. Surviving in addition to his mother of Greenwood and his wife of the home are his children: Corey Hewett, Mason Brewer, both of the home, Chris Coyle of Greenwood, John Hewett, Jordan Hewett and Nikki Brewer, all of Ninety Six; a sister, Lisa Kirkland of Greenwood; a brother, Timothy Brewer of Greenwood; a granddaughter, Rayna Brewer; and a mother-in-law, Sue Hewett. He was preceded in death by a father-in-law, Johnny Hewett. Pallbearers will be Cary Burton, T. J. Seabolt Jr., Lee Dorn, Jose McDonald, Jobie Davenport, and Christopher Coyle. Honorary escort will be Shane Attaway, Amanda Adkins, Travis Barber, Wendy Allen, Sage Allison, A.J. Ray, Paige Rutland, Jessica Davenport, Melody Duvall, Zack Baker, Wendi Wyatt, and Tracy Adams.
