Trina Lawter Baker, 69, of 202 Breazeale Road, wife of Larry Baker, passed away Wednesday, March 8, 2023 at Hospice and Palliative Care of the Piedmont.

Born in Spartanburg, she was a daughter of the late Harley Lawter and Kathleen McGinn Lawter. She loved spending time on Lake Greenwood and at Edisto Beach. Trina was a devoted mother and grandmother to her daughter and grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, Larry; daughter, Taylor Simmons (Christopher); and grandchildren, Quinn Simmons and Emilia Simmons.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Michael Lawter.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, March 10, 2023 at the Harley Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. Tripp Speer officiating.

The family will receive friends before the service from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
