Marvin �Tut� Dodgen, 76, formerly of 510 Bolt Avenue, widower of Joan Hollingsworth Dodgen, died Thursday, November 18, 2010 at NHC Health Care, Laurens. Born in Greenwood, he was a son of the late Ellis Owens and Lizzie Mae Edmonds Dodgen. He was retired from Greenwood Mills, Durst Plant. He was a Greenwood York Rite Mason, a Hejaz Temple Shriner and a member of Mathews Lodge #358 A.F.M. He was a member of Abney Memorial Baptist Church. Surviving are two daughters, Lisa Dodgen Arnold and Anita Dodgen Kneece, both of Greenwood; a brother and sister-in-law, Douglas and Sandy Dodgen of Ninety Six; a sister-in-law, Judy Hollingsworth of Greenwood; and a number of grandchildren.
