Vicki Ann Withrow Breeding closed her eyes on May 12, surrounded by her loving family and opened them in heaven reunited with her Son Scott, her dad, numerous family members and her Lord Jesus Christ.

Vicki was born in Eastern Kentucky to the late Chet (Rhonda) Withrow and Sue (the late Bob) Booth.
She was a proud and loving mother to Amber Brown (Jason Wood) and Scott Matthew Brown. Her Family was very important to her, she was grandmother to Matthew Stephens, Melanie Stephens, Damian Wood and Isaiah Brown. She was Great Grandmother to Harley Rayne, Harper Faye, and Natalie Ann.

Vicki was a proud Christian and loved God in all she did! She was a member of Summit Church of the Nazarene, Summit KY.

Left to mourn, her sisters Robin (Mark) Nelson of Kentucky, Kim (Mark) Klein of Kentucky, Pam (James) Emanuel of South Carolina, Patti Rucker, South Carolina, Tracy (David) Deboarde, Kentucky, Sarah (Brian) Klein Kentucky.
Many nieces and nephews and very special friends Bill and Colleen Brauner.

Vicki's last text was "With God, I cannot Fail" and her last words were "I love you" and that's who Vicki was.
