Victoria Lee Godsey Davenport, 69, of Watts Bridge Road, Cross Hill, widow of Bobby "Bob" Leland Davenport, Sr., passed away Thursday, October 14, 2021 at Greenwood Regional Rehabilitation Hospital.

Born in Greenwood, she was a daughter of the late Ernest B. Godsey and Ruth Weeks Cothran. She retired from SCDHEC, where she worked in the Greenwood and Laurens health departments. Vickie was formerly employed with Lander University in the bookstore and mailroom. She attended Bethabara Baptist Church.

Surviving are her two sons, Buck Davenport (Shannon) of Baton Rouge, LA and Bubba Davenport (Kathy) of Greenwood; a daughter, Brandy Wilson of Anderson; sister, Patricia Ann Warren of Waterloo; brother, Ernest McNeil "Mac" Godsey (Elida) of Huntsville, AL; and four grandchildren, Billy Wilson, Lauren Davenport, Kate Davenport, and Ellis Davenport.

Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday at the Harley Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Frank Thomas officiating. Burial will be private.

The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home.
