Viola Price Wideman, 63, of 230 East Cambridge Apt. 101 wife of Thomas Lee Wideman, died Tuesday, February 8, 2011 at Hospice House. Born in Saluda County, she was a daughter of the late Bennie Lee and Rexie Lois Cothran Price. Viola worked with Nantex and was a former member of Whitehall Church of God. Surviving in addition to her husband of the home are a son, Anthony Dwayne Wideman, of Greenwood; a sister, Videssa Price of Prosperity; three brothers, Bennie Price of Greenwood, Leon Price, of Anderson and Terry Eugene Price, of Gaffney; and a grandson, Jacob Wideman, of Lexington, NC. Pallbearers will be Gene Price, Zack Wideman, Billy Newman and Jeffery Whitfield. The family is at the home of Maggie Wideman, 152 Orange Street, Greenwood.
