Virginia C. Bickford, 91, of Newberry, SC, passed away on October, 23, 2012. Born on April 14, 1921 in Lincolnville, ME, she was a daughter of the late Frances Collemer Clayter and William Clayter. She married Norman Bickford of Boston and lived in Maine and then Florida. She moved to Newberry in 1995. She is survived by three children, Norman Bickford, Jr. (Barbara) of Avon Park, FL, Dr. Nancy Bickford-Jordan (Troy) of Newberry, SC and William Bickford (Tommie Jo) Olatha, KS; and four grandchildren; Paul Bickford of Olathe, KS, Joan Bickford of Avon Park, FL, Susan Bickford of Tallahassee, FL and Karen Bickford, of Ft. Myers, FL.
