Vivian Williams Tullis, 81, formerly of 208 W. Main Street, Ninety Six, widow of Rev. John Wickison Tullis, Sr., made a peaceful journey to eternity on Friday, January 21, 2011 at Hospice House. Born in Daytona Beach, FL, she was a daughter of the late Clifford Henry and Roxie Inez Durrance Williams and was raised by her grandfather, the late Thomas Riley Williams. She was a member of First Mt. Moriah Baptist Church. Surviving are five daughters, Inez Dixon and husband, Gary, of Abbeville, Sheila Hoffer of Zephyrhills, FL, Sharron Eubanks and husband, Herb, and Penny Jowers and husband, Kenneth, all of Aiken and Cathy Heitzenrater and husband, Fritz, of Greenwood; a son, John W. Tullis, Jr. and wife, Betty, of McCormick; a sister, Betty Gene Gomez of Tampa, FL; a brother, Clifford Grady Williams, Jr. and wife, Ollie, of Moultrie, GA; 15 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren and a great great grandchild. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Sandy Kay Tullis.
