Warren Dwayne Lockaby, 71, of Greenwood, passed away Friday, December 17, 2021, at his home.

Born in Greenwood, he was a son of the late Joe Leroy Lockaby and Peggy Hope Lockaby. Warren was a graduate of Greenwood High School class of 1969 and was a jack of all trades that enjoyed working with his hands showing detail with his many talents. His passion was music and was a talented guitarist. Warren has played with numerous bands including his first band "The Rooks" and then alongside his brother, Stan with the "Lockaby Brothers".

He was preceded in death by a sister, Glenda Lockaby Mauna.

Surviving are his daughter, Christina Lockaby- Peeler of Spartanburg; his brother, Stan Lockaby (Gail) of Greenwood; and several grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
