Wayne Davis Martin, 66, of 4131 Highway 702, husband of Lilly Turner Martin, died Friday, September 30, 2016 at Self Regional Healthcare.

Born in Newberry, he was the son of the late Lewis Davis and Frances Pitts Martin. He worked for Solutia and served in the US Army during Vietnam. Mr. Martin was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church in Newberry, SC.

Surviving are his wife, of the home; a son, Curtis Davis Martin, of Charlotte, NC; a sister, Barbara Martin Rogers, of Newberry, SC; and a grandson, Caleb Davis Martin, of Charlotte, NC.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, October 10, 2016, at the Harley Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Dennis Reynolds officiating.

The family will receive friends before the service from 10:00 – 11:00 am on Monday at the funeral home.
