Wayne Edward "Buzzy" Reid, 83, of 802 Stillwell Road, husband of Virginia Voiselle Reid, died Friday, February 9, 2018.

Born in South Carolina, he was a son of the late Horace and Pearl Rice Reid. He was a retired electrician from Monsanto, a lifetime Mason, and was of the Methodist faith. Buzzy was a US Marine Veteran.

Surviving in addition to his wife of the home are his children, Amanda Poss and Cynthia Barrett (Robby), both of Greenwood; brother Fred Mike Reid of Columbus, OH; eight grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a brother, James Daniel Reid and a sister, Alma Reid Hysell.

Graveside services, with masonic rites, will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday at Elmwood Cemetery with the Rev. Randy Ouzts officiating.

Pallbearers will be Robby Barrett, Shane Barrett, Jacob Barrett, Harry Broome, Scotty Anderson, and Tony Seabolt.

The family will receive friends from 1:30 – 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday at Harley Funeral Home and Crematory.

The family members are at their respective homes.
